This notice explains what happens to the details you share on filaflow.net. A full privacy policy for the FilaFlow apps will be published here before FilaFlow opens to new businesses.
News and early access. If you leave your email address on this website, we keep it, the products you chose, your answers to the early-access questions, the shop or marketplace you named (if any), the page language, your automatically detected country and, if you choose to tell us, how you heard about us. We use this information to send FilaFlow release and early-access updates, reply to your request and understand how people find us. We do not sell your information. Trusted providers help us operate and protect the website, store the mailing list and send emails. They process information to provide these services. Mailing-list emails include an unsubscribe link. To request deletion of your details, write to [email protected].
To keep our forms free of spam, a quiet security check runs in the background. It uses only technical details about your browser, and usually you won’t notice anything.

Why we use your details
To send the confirmation link you asked for, to write to you about FilaFlow releases and early access, and to reply to your early-access request. We use them only because you gave them to us for this.
Who helps us
We use trusted providers to run and protect the website, keep the list and send our emails. They handle your details only on our behalf and keep them safe; some may do so outside your country.
How long we keep them
We keep your details while you are on the list. The unsubscribe link in every email stops our emails at once. To have your details deleted, write to [email protected]: we delete them within 30 days of your request.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and unsubscribe at any time. Write to [email protected]; a person answers. You can also contact the data protection authority where you live.
In your browser
The website remembers your chosen language and the currency of example pictures in your browser. To retain answers when you switch page language, unfinished form answers are saved in this browser tab and can be restored for 30 minutes after your last edit. They are cleared after a successful submission. During your visit, the site also keeps referral and campaign details to include with your request. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
